Who's Namie Amuro?
安室 奈美恵 (A-mu-ro Na-mi-e) or Namie Amuro is a Japanese singer and dancer from Okinawa. Born on 20 September 1977 , she started her career in 1992 with the group 'SuperMonkeys' and debuted as a solo singer in 1995. Named the most successful Japanese female singer of all time and sold over 35 million records, she still remains as one of the most popular and best selling singer even to this day. This is unprecedented. To achieve a million plus first weeks sales 21 Years after her solo debut Sweet 19 Blues debut with 1,921,850 first week sales figures is absolutely historical and legendary. Congratulations to Namie Amuro!
By the way please keep reporting the astounding DAILY sales figures. You did a very nice job last week leading up to 'Finally' reaching 1 million mark.

total sales: 1,207,221 in 8 DAYS!
'Finally' surpassed 'SMAP 25 YEARS' album total sales 1,172,519
4 weeks left before the cut off date in mid December to count cumulative sales for ORICON's NUMBER ONE selling album of 2017.
Let's hope 'Finally' will FINALLY be Namie's first NUMBER ONE best selling album of the year! She has already reached No. 2 best selling albums of the year twice: Sweet 19 Blues(1996) and Best Fiction(2008)

16 November 2017 - 26,970 a bit of a dip in sales...let's hope it goes back up for the weekend.
The first 3 days (13 to 15 Nov) sales figures of the 2nd week was magnificent! It went up each day!
