Who's Namie Amuro?
安室 奈美恵 (A-mu-ro Na-mi-e) or Namie Amuro is a Japanese singer and dancer from Okinawa. Born on 20 September 1977 , she started her career in 1992 with the group 'SuperMonkeys' and debuted as a solo singer in 1995. Named the most successful Japanese female singer of all time and sold over 35 million records, she still remains as one of the most popular and best selling singer even to this day. I think you meant DAY ONE not week one!
459,094 is the FIRST DAY sales figures. To put things in perspective BEST FICTION first day sales is 185,788 going on to 681,187 for first week. FINALLY could break the 1 million mark by the FIRST WEEK!!!!!
Day Two sales figures 222,295...combined sales after 2 days 681,389.
That is more than BEST FICTION entire first weeks sales...in JUST TWO DAYS!!
Moreover, FINALLY's FIRST TWO DAYS sales beats each TOTAL cumulative sales for every Studio album and Compilation album since Break the Rules in 2000 (except for BEST FICTION phenomenal 1.5 million in 2008). This is absolutely LEGENDARY!
