Who's Namie Amuro?
安室 奈美恵 (A-mu-ro Na-mi-e) or Namie Amuro is a Japanese singer and dancer from Okinawa. Born on 20 September 1977 , she started her career in 1992 with the group 'SuperMonkeys' and debuted as a solo singer in 1995. Named the most successful Japanese female singer of all time and sold over 35 million records, she still remains as one of the most popular and best selling singer even to this day. when is the dvd coming out? i have christmas money i wanna spend!!!
Saw the WOWOW "preview" of the concert. Her vocals are nice, but I feel the dancing in this concert was really lackluster considering what she's capable of. She had a really long set this time around, but I guess I always felt like she was saving her energy for something that never happened >_<. This is a great concert for those fans who missed Amuro's songs from the 90s, but if people loved the dance-heavy feel the last tour had, they might be a little disappointed with this one.
