Who's Namie Amuro?
安室 奈美恵 (A-mu-ro Na-mi-e) or Namie Amuro is a Japanese singer and dancer from Okinawa. Born on 20 September 1977 , she started her career in 1992 with the group 'SuperMonkeys' and debuted as a solo singer in 1995. Named the most successful Japanese female singer of all time and sold over 35 million records, she still remains as one of the most popular and best selling singer even to this day. Depending on who she is working with, Namie's English can be quite decent to completely awful. Signs of Life was also around this level I think. Usually she sounds good when Verbal is there to help her on pronouncing the words considering his English. She sounds decent in this one too, with only a few parts that I had trouble understanding. But maybe since I'm Japanese I have an easier time with "Engrish"? haha~ I also like that they changed the beat as the chorus went on to make it sound less "Jennifer Lopez-ey".
^Oh really? I thought her english here was way better than Signs of life...
I could understand a good 85% of the lyrics. :s
