Who's Namie Amuro?
安室 奈美恵 (A-mu-ro Na-mi-e) or Namie Amuro is a Japanese singer and dancer from Okinawa. Born on 20 September 1977 , she started her career in 1992 with the group 'SuperMonkeys' and debuted as a solo singer in 1995. Named the most successful Japanese female singer of all time and sold over 35 million records, she still remains as one of the most popular and best selling singer even to this day. any info on the release of the album?
No word yet? I am sure it will drop sometime this month or early april. I hope her sales go up and she is able to perform the dates on her new 2011 tour. Maybe we will see a new album before the end of this year.

So far no one has heard about Namie. Is she working on something new? I haven't got the slightest idea.
is it just me or does her lips look weird, like she got lip injections to make it look fuller?
Yeah. I notived it too. I just think it could be the kind of lip stick or lip gloss she is using. You know the crazy things they put in cosmetic these days to make lips look more fuller and defined. Yet, you can tell those are her lips. :) She looks gorgeous. Go Namie!
I think because she smoke so, the team may need to put more lipstick to soften the skin color of her lip. Any way,I still luv her

I've read it in a tabloid but those aren't exactly reliable....
to kiyoikou: I think Namie used to smoke, a picture was taken in 1997 when she visited HK showing that she had a pack of cigarette in her shirt pocket. but after so many years, the birth of her son, and no other pictures shown her smoking, i think she had quit smoking for ages.
I've seen her opening a pack of cigarettes in her 2006 Live Style DVD backstage extras, she was eating lunch and began opening a pack. So she did in 2006 but with how secretive Namie is it doesn't surprise me that she keeps stuff like that on the DL, but if she does, so what, it obviously isn't affecting her voice as of now, and it isn't a hardcore drug like many other artists dip into, so I'm sure her lips look like this in her shoots because they put on extra product as was said above.
The local brand"HOPE" is what she smoke.
