Namie filming for a new promotion video?

It seems that recently for the past few weeks, there's been rumors that namie is filming a PV for a new song in this grand hall:

My brief translation:

A glamorous grand hall with fully bloomed roses. This scene should be used in the video. A scene shot surrounded by rain, on top there's light higher than the tree, that shine onto the middle of the rose garden. Amuro-chan wearing a tea-brown colored dress, scene of the wind winding onto the dress and it moves gently. Filmed in a grand hall with piano.

So is it a promotion video for a new ballad? Or a new concert tour footage? Or even a new cm? I guess all we can do is to wait & see... ^_^
