From what I could understand of the article, it's a electro/funky song. In the video they portray two diamond robbers rivals who decide to unite to steal a black diamond. They wear cat-suits in the video (as you can see from the pic) and worked with Beyoncé's tour choregrapher. The result is a very dynamic and cool dance scene in the PV.
